The black sheep, as they are wont to do, were grazing in peace
When one of them, let’s call her Dotty, saw something on her sister’s fleece
Look what you’ve done to your coat, Dotty chided her in anger
White stains have spoilt it, now you’ve become the ugliest sheep in Geiranger
A couple passing by noticed the white coloured powder on the otherwise black sheep
And decided to investigate by taking a quick peep
They looked at the white specks closely, and then jumped with pure, unadulterated joy
For this was their first snowfall, and it made them feel like a little girl and a little boy
